Mary Ellen is a native of western New York State. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1980 from the University of Buffalo. In 2007, she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY. She has worked in hospital-based and out-patient settings in the western New York area until moving with her husband to Medford, Oregon in 2011 where she joined Jackson County Physical Therapy. She became director of the Eagle Point clinic in 2014.
Mary Ellen combines exercise, manual therapy and patient education for optimal patient rehabilitation. She has experience treating pain and injuries of the neck, back and extremities, as well as lower extremity amputees. She also treats various neurological disorders including stroke, spinal cord injuries and Parkinson’s disease.
Mary Ellen and her husband enjoy hiking, cross-country skiing and kayaking.
